Sky glass drop out

Keep losing internet, even though lights all green. Sky glass keeps dropping out and Losing connection

@Idw033  It sounds like a wifi issue, have you tried connecting to the hub using ethernet from the TV?

 

If you do this make sure to go to the Glass TV setting menu - Network and turn wifi off.
