I am trying to find out if WOW Presents Plus can be used in Sky Glass?

No this app isn't available on Sky Glass. You would need to use a 3rd party device plugged into your glass.

Not directly as that app isn't available on the Sky streaming platform.

If it's available as an Amazon channel you got watch it via the Amazon Prime Video app on Sky Glass.
