Discussion topic: Unable to use netflix with sky

I have been with sky a while I've just got sky glass with netflix.

I'm trying to log in but it's coming up I need a active sky plan, In which I have. Netflix say I need a activation email to use, sky are saying everything is as it should be there end.

Any suggestions please
