Sky glass disappointment

  • We purchased Sky Glass a year ago and truly haven't been impressed. The picture size is often smaller than the screen size especially watching films and as we only got the 55 in , it's way too small. Our older TV had a better screen and picture currently using upstairs. I'm a bit of a tech phob so not sure if a puck would help and we can swap our TVs around. Is it that simple ?

Sure, you can add a puck, you need the Whole home subscription to be able to use the puck a well as the Glass TV.

I've done the same as you, the glass TV is relegated to the bedroom as it didn't need a big TV and I have a 75" Samsung in the lounge with a puck.

You should be able to add both the puck & whole home sub through your Glass account.

This will be films / programmes that are in a different ratio to your 16:9 format. They are meant to be watched like this.

Re: Sky glass disappointment

I found the picture quality poor . Arranged a return the following day for a full refund.
