no connection signal

How do I get sky to connect at turn on. I get no connection message then I turn off and back on and it connects It.  first attempt never connects even the walk past doesnt. I just get no connection or a screen showing all the lead and airial ports . Turn off and back on and its normal. Have reconnected router .Do I reset ? I have turned off at mains and back on again but no change and this has been going on for several weeks.

Have you tried turning the networked standby mode to ON in the settings.

I got a similar message, for the first time in two years, recently. The first message said "no service". I pressed the OK button on the remote and got the screen with the aerial and hdmi icons. I pressed the ok button again and got the Home Screen, and everything worked ok.

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.

Yes have reset everything I can except completly resetting the TV. Have doubled checked all the settings
