Fitted sky glass air , and now can't get my multi rooms to work upstairs how do I get them to work as previously were on via sky Q

You will not get the to work. As you can not have a sky stream subscription  and a sky q subscription  at the same address,  as soon as you activated your  sky sky air tv, your  sky q subscription  stops, and you will get  return  packaging  to return all sky q equipment  in the next 30 days also, we your  next bill comes out you will have two bills to pay, your  last sky q bill and your first streaming bill. If you want to watch  sky in another room you will need to add a whole home subscription to your  bill and order  replacement pucks at £39.99 each

You will not get your sky q to work  as you have switched  the sky stream, as I have explained  in my first post to you

Your Sky Q mini boxes will not work with Sky Glass Air now you have activated it, you will need to send them back to Sky @Carl+mcDermott

Good job you've 30 days to change your mind. As you're discovering - Sky streaming isn't all that you thought it was.
