Skyglass gen 2 Tv

Do not buy this TV at any cost. The WiFi system in the TV is so poor that it keeps cutting off from the home WiFi. Additionally, the skyglass support team will do everything in their power not make good on the warranty. I've literally spent hours with them on the phone. I finally went back to sky q using this sky glass tv and the HDMI is also faulty. Anyway I've given up. I've bought new tv and this thing will go where it belongs - in the bin !

Perhaps worth saying a warranty claim isn't appropriate in such circumstances: it's consumer protection regulations which apply when rejecting a product as not being as described / of satisfactory quality / fit for purpose.

Warranties primarily cover manufacturing defects, which are harder to demonstrate unless something has actually fallen off.

Also worth saying that you can not blame a tv for poor wifi connection, if you  can connect  the tv  with an ethernet cable it is more stable than WiFi, because  many things can effect  your  wifi signal , things like if your  hub is in an enclosed space  like a cupboard, if you live  in an old house  with  brick interior walls, also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal is to each one, is you broadband  speed  to the tv fast enough you can check  this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network,  the minimum sky  recommend is 25mps for hd viewing and  35mps  for uhb viewing,  I  have  2 55inch sky glass tvs a  gen 1 and a  gen 2. I have a busy household so I have sky gigafast broadband 900mps full fibre to the property and  I have an lg 43inch  smart  tv  with a puck connected  to it upstairs on wifi and one of the  55inch sky glass tv's  also upstairs, sky live camera. Freesat box Personal computer Laptop Table 3 mobile phones video doorbell, smart meter sky pod, sky max wifi hub,  3 alexers, and  never had  a problem with  my wifi connection,  just a fellow customer and my own views
