Problem solved
As from yesterday I'm back up and running got a lovely Lady who works from home she was a god send. As I had ordered Sky stream and not realiseing I had old Glass TV account as well . That was my problem two accounts, so she updated my Sky glass account 😉 fabulous then sent me to Stream account and cancelled that as don't need stream. The advisor did more in 40 min than it took me 4 days and 5 hours trying. Also thanks to everyone who tried to help was appreciated.

Hi @Jan2 Please for you that everything is up and running.
You may not be aware but there is an area of the forum where you can submit your thanks to a Sky employee. This will be seen by the employees management team as well as the specific individual.
