Sky glass air hello sky

I have been having issues using voice control without the remote on a sky glass air.

today I was told by sky that voice control without the remote is not available on the air tv!

it's not what I was told when I signed up.

Unfortunately whoever from Sky told you that clearly has little understanding of Skys products.

The Glass Air does indeed have voice control.

It might be worth checking to see if voice control is switched on in the settings ( the option is found under Privacy in the settings) or if it is perhaps switch it off, reboot the TV and then switch it back on again.

That's not correct.  Both Glass Gen 2 and Glass Air have hands free voice control, as listed on the Sky side-by-side comparison.

@Ray572

Also check the 'disable microphone' button on the chassis  hasn't been accidentally toggled
