Sky TV isn't working

I have a problem my sky puk turns on but nothing shows plzzz see through this

first thing to try is to pull the plug for a few minutes

Hi @Charlesdacosta and welcome to the forum.   As a first step I would check that your TV output is set to the same input as the HDMI the puck.  If your not sure how to do this through your TV settings just try plugging the puck HDMI lead into different HDMI  sockets to see if any of them result in you getting a picture & sound.
