Sky Q Picture goes blank

Every morning we turn the tv on via the remote and start watching tv within a few minutes the screen goes blank on all channels except apps such as nett, you tube etc.

We have to restart the tv via settings before the screen comes back on and sometimes we have to this 3/6 times before the picture stays on.

Any ideas?

Can you confirm what product you have? You mention restarting TV via settings but the title says Sky Q. Do you have Glass or Q?

 

Sky Q is Sky's satellite product (box) connected to a dish.

If you have Sky Q then you are better off posting in the Sky Q forum. This forum is for Sky Glass @Giftedlv

@Dazzasky  Please don't ask them to post in another part of the forum as threads can be moved by SU+ users if in the wrong place.  OP has yet to confirm which system they have.

 

You can ask for the thread to be moved.

@Dazzasky  You could ask for the post to be moved, i've asked as telling people to create another thread causes extra work for the SU's who then have to either remove the duplicate threads or merge them.
