Discussion topic: Sky Glass won’t turn on first time

Hey,

We have had the sky glass now for 2 weeks, and it has never turned on first time, it seems to go into standby and then has to be switched off at the wall and turned on that way. It is really infuriating and we have tried turning off enhanced settings and it still does it.

Any ideas?

Hi @Frances32

Try going into settings > start up and standby and turn Overnight power saving mode OFF and turn Networked Standby Mode ON.

It will be under warrenty, so maybe you are unlucky and have a dodgy set. Call them and report it for a replacement.
