Changing credit agreement address

I am unable to use my Sky glass as a receiver - i am currently using the puck to watch channels (2 remotes) i have been told to update address on my credit agreement. How do I do this?

Do you have the whole home add on? You need this to watch on more than one device. What is happening when you try and watch on your Glass?

 

If you have moved home since signing up to Glass, you need to call Sky and update the address with them. You can't update the address on the credit agreement directly only on your account.
