The WiFi Guarantee specifically excludes external locations, but you might find other places within the main building are now below minimum speed.

Thanks: it's come up here a few times before, and also in the Broadband forum where a household has cancelled Q television and then found the WiFi from their Sky Hub has apparently nosedived in speed and coverage when it's actually the loss of the Q box hotspot(s) and mesh function which is the cause.

@DonaldClan are you getting 3 Mbps in every room.... not a particularly high bar to reach🤔
You'd be better better getting power line adapters to distribute wifi or wifi repeaters if you want more than a measly 3 Mbps in every room😉
