Hi my sky glass will not connect to my internet! According to Sky customer services it is a problem with only Sky customers with EE broadband. This has been an issue since Friday morning. I keep trying the recovery instructions but each time it fails. Anyone else with this issue or suggestions with a fix?

Users with EE routers have reported that using an Ethernet cable temporarily during the recovery process will get you up and running
