Hi my sky glass will not connect to my internet! According to Sky customer services it is a problem with only Sky customers with EE broadband. This has been an issue since Friday morning. I keep trying the recovery instructions but each time it fails. Anyone else with this issue or suggestions with a fix?

Have you told Sky the "recovery instructions" do not work?

No connection to internet. Tried everything. Cannot get through to Sky!! Call just drops put after a few seconds. What am I supposed to do?

Use an Ethernet cable to do the recovery process and then after you are back on the home screen you should be able to disconnect the cable and go to settings and set it back up on WiFi
It's a bit of a pain but it has worked for a fair few people, including myself
