Hi my sky glass will not connect to my internet! According to Sky customer services it is a problem with only Sky customers with EE broadband. This has been an issue since Friday morning. I keep trying the recovery instructions but each time it fails. Anyone else with this issue or suggestions with a fix?

Have you told Sky the "recovery instructions" do not work?

We are having the same problem but ours is since Thursday not happy paying for a service we can't use
