My daughter spends ages going through a TV listing magazine and adding those she wants to the playlist. Half of them don't appear when "recorded" so have to search for them when need to watch, they still say "added" when eventually found.
She didn't access the box for 3 days and when she did the playlist was empty.
I think this is a pile of C*** and it could be as good as Sky Q but cheaper.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lin-ton If you have a look at the post above you will see there was a general issue with the playlist yesterday. Mine was missing for a while but when it came back all my added programmes were back in place. Hopefully that will also be the case for your daughter 🤞
If not reboot the Glass/Stream by unplugging for a minute and plugging it in again. It will then take about a minute to reboot.

Hi, I have my playlist but when selecting any of them I get "sorry there are currently no programmes of this type a available" is thus part of the same issue?

Hi @Jay1105 I don't think so, as the empty playlist issue was resolved last week.
Have you tried rebooting your Glass/Puck to see if that brings your playlist contents back?

Good luck 🤞
