Customers should start to see their playlists returning, if yours hasn't you don't need to take any action, please be patient and it will return on it's own.

Out of the blue I went to the Home Screen and noticed there was no "continue watching" rail! Went into "playlists" and everything has disappeared!
Rebooted WIFI and TV but still the same. Refreshed apps, still the same.
Go back into playlists and there's a few random things in there. Move across to a profile and there's one thing there. Move back to general playlists, those random things have disappeared. Head back to profile, that one thing disappeared.
Everything is showing under "manage all" but not playlists or continue watching.
Seriously, what the actual?

Turn it off at the wall for ten minutes or so and see if that clears the glitch.

Can someone please tell me why everything in our playlists on Sky Glass has disappeared overnight? Eventhough the programmes are still showing as "Series added".

I've rebooted once by turning off at the wall and left it a few minutes. I'll try again for longer but not holding out much hope!

All the playlists on both Glass and Stream are showing as empty. The programmes are showing as linked on the planner but nothing in the playlists. Tried rebooting but no joy. Help!

Same issue here on both Glass and Stream. No amount of rebooting is helping. Must be an issue with Sky's servers.

Just turned on Glass and all but one item of all playlists have disappeared as well as most of the continue watching items. It's the same on my puck TV. Have switched off and on at the wall but no change

This has been raised to Sky in the Closed Forum, Sky are aware of this issue and we'll provide an update when we get one.

"A little work around for the issue. If you go to the manage all button on the playlist it still lists the shows (as a list in alphabetical order) you can use that in the interim whilst Sky fix the issue.
The tracking of what episodes you have watched it also still working on each individual show based on my testing."

I have added programmes to my playlist (with the confirmation message added to playlist). I've now gone to the playlist to view the programmes I've linked and nothing is showing apart from a message saying sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available. However the programmes I added were showing earlier. Can anyone help? Thank you

I have gone to my playlist today and just get a message stating g "you haven't added anything yet..." but I have many series I am in the middle if in there. How do I get it back?

Its been raised with Sky. Seems to be a server issue. Nowt to do but wait until it's sorted.
