Sky Glass/Stream: Can't see the picture due to a blue screen

I can't get anything on my glass tv. I've turned the power off and on again but nothing.

either I get just a blue screen or it says loading!

please help

I'm the same just keeps coming up technical error I get the main screen up but when I click on a channel doesn't work

Hi . Unable to get anything on our tv. Done all the usual crashing and resetting but nothing loading message. Checked Wif and net work , say all is good.

I've tried everything but still have message on screen on all channels that there a fault with channel. I've followed the instructions through sky ie turn router off, reset picture settings and still no joy. Bbc iplayer still works but main tv channels through tv guide don't.
