Sky Glass and Stream is delivered via the internet and Q via satellite different delivery systems.

Well this is the first time it has happened to me and never had a problem since launch hopefully they will compensate but not holding my breath ..

Have the same problem. Had a power cut here in the Outer Hebride, now my Sky glass just red light flashing, any updates when they will fix it? 

it's crazy that it's made so if an issue the tv won't even turn on.

@Jporch316 Bruvva, I got this tv so I wouldn't have to look at my small screen. I don't have social media, I'm not interested in  any of that.

 

I'm not gonna watch Netflix on my small screen when there is a tv in front of me that doesn't work.

 

Dont charge me for this month and we're good, but don't pretend like nothing happened.

Sky glass tv fault

Hi, my sky glass tv is not turning and the red light keeps flashing on and off. I have tried turning it off for 10 mins and put new batteries in the remote

SKY GLASS TV WONT COME ON

My sky glass tv won't turn on, the remote is lighting up and the mute button is lighting up but the on and off button is lighting up and I have no red LED light coming on

@NicMack81  sky glass has never been marketed as an upgrade it's a totally different product run on an entirely different platform (internet) compared to Q which is run over satellite

Had a few problems with sky tv I understand there Iis an outage but roughly when will this be recti

Had a few problems with sky glass over the last few days now we can't turn it in just a fading standby light when will this be rectified and will we get compensation for inconvenience
