No sky glass since yesterday cannot turn on ? Done the obvious things! One hour on phone , no answer,the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Seriously thinking of cancelling the lot@

Been on the phone to sky. There's a problem with the sky.com/activate site. It's crashing as theirs too many people trying to access the site at the same time. She advised me to keep trying through out the day

Same here pal tries to power up but no achievement and sky logo just keeps popping up but nothing either it's trying to work but just fails no picture or home screen nothing

No turn on for over 24 hours... complained on the online chat this morning and was told they're sorting it. But couldn't give any update? I asked to raise a complaint but nobody seemed to care.

Sky stream still not working, light still flashing.
How about if we stop payments maybe that'll motivate your to get it fixed quicker.
Better get it sorted otherwise no monies this month... always virgin 😉

I'm not too sure how to fix it trying phoning the sky and let them know you have a PIN problem hopefully they could do something for you

Had issues with my sky stream, reset my device and now I can’t get the pin to work , set up a new one and the screen is just stuck on the Incorrect Pin page and not calculating any password attempts.

Did anyone get a call from sky yesterday to say there is vivid mode on you setting and to put it on that for better quality? I did and did that after work yesterday and this morning the tv isn't working 🫣

Thanks for the update, I have the issue with the "incorrect pin" however I have reset my stream puck twice and is still doing the same thing unfortunately
