I have the same problem cant see where to put the activation code . When I go to activate code it asks for my post code when I put it in it says there is an error. At it all day yesterday cant get the TV working without putting in the code can anybody help

I'll try unplugging my WiFi router and redo the recovery process. Yes the glass is connected to WiFi. The problem I have is my router connection is in a cupboard and not close to tv. I'm not tech savvy what's the Ethernet thing?

it is now the 22/09/24 and my sky Glass still won't turn on, I have followed all the typical nonsense steps and it still will not turn on. I expect some compensation for this, hopefully early termination because TV has been nothing but bother, 2 exploded tv remotes, constant issues wit hthe VC, awful TV

I still can't get my Sky Stream to work since Friday , I have tried all the reset and trouble shooting guides, how big is this technical problem and how long will Sky be down?

I just spoke to someone and it was like groundhog day..nothing worked!! She was absolutely lovely though. I asked why sky keep sending links to fix the problem when it doesn't work. She said that's the procedure to follow when the problem is fixed at their end..so no point!! She had no idea when it will be resolved and I said "could be weeks then" she couldn't answer that 😒 I burst into tears at the end from pure frustration 😭

Thank you for all your efforts to help but I'm afraid the resolution "that works" doesn't for some of us; even when followed multiple times and each time to the letter.
Whilst I can now get as far the connection screen, my router isn't recognised even though I've rebooted it and it's recognised by every other device in the house.

I've turned everything off at the wall even the router and it's made no difference at all. It just flashes SKY on the TV then goes off. It's not about steps I need to take. This is an issue sky need to resolve

Day 3 without Sky Glass
stuck at the Oops there has been a problem
Called Sky "help" line twice to be told twice the engineers are working on it, and no fix yes.
what am I supposed to do now?

It wont fix itself you need to attempt at least to try the steps in post 2. If you're not willing tio at least try and help yourself there is nothing the community can do to help you either.
This being the case you'll need to call Sky.

@PaulMX5 If you have not already done so have a look at the Answer (post 2) and follow the link to the next page and follow the recovery process. It has not worked for all subscribers
Most people who have an issue seem to get stuck at either the PIN or activation steps. If asked for a PIN just ignore it and unplug your Glass TV and then plug it back in again after about 30 seconds. After it reboots you should be able to continue the recovery procedure.
When you are aske to enter an activation cove ensure you are logged into your My Sky account or you will get an Oops..... error message.
It had me up and running again in just a few minutes. Good luck.
