For the first time in 24 hours I got as far as the sync remote page. As soon as I clicked skip it shut down and went to a black screen again before the sky logo appeared. So damn frustrating

Anyone know how to get multi room working again. Mine can't get past the white sky screen and turns itself back off

@Fozzy456 That is the error message you will get if you are trying to access the activation page without being signed into your MySky account at https://www.sky.com Make sure you are signed in.

I felt bad for the CS rep I was speaking to, but really upset that as I'm out of warranty I'd need a replacement telly at 475 odd quid, ummmmm, really?

You mean the power LED isn't lit? Mine was the same, but the recovery process still completed OK. I did have to keep the power button pressed for rather longer than the time prescribed by Sky.

Hi, I've tried this twice. It seems to have made it worse. Before the TV would at least try to load the black screen with sky on it before returning to the blue one but now it isn't even doing that. Is there anything else I can try, it's been over 24 hours now with no service at all.

@Fozzy456 I have just looked at the activation page and it appears to be working as one would expect.
You MUST be logged into your My Sky account at https://www.sky.com/mysky or the page will not load and will give an error message (usually Oops there's been an error).
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.
... The device has to be actually working in the first place to enter an activation code etc... Sky Stream ain't working!!!!!

Reboot or Hard reset... Doesn't really matter since the suggested rectification from Sky doesn't work! 🫤

Has anyone had an issue with your Glass not having power or turning on? I've had Sky Glass for about 2 years now and never had any issues with it, last night I turned it off with the remote like I've always done before bed. I woke up this morning to find there's no red light and no power? I've tried plugging it in a different wall socket and also changed the fuse in the plug and I've even tried another power lead from my ps5. Still nothing? It's like it's just died over night with no explanation? Anyone has this before and know how to sort it?

Formal complaint is the way to go and chase it all the way to the top, highlight all your problems and Sky's failures.
If that don't work you can go to the allegedly independent mediation service.

@Missy+Muldoon If you follow the recovery process as advised by Sky the entering the activation code is part of this process. I followed this process and it took about 5 or 6 minutes and my stream has been working fine since then.

So got home and tried the recovery process... it worked. Not ideal however after a long 24 hours it did work: and only took a few minutes.
