I've reset both my pucks and one is working, but the other is stuck now at th Remote Control Setup screen. I follow the instructions on screen (press 4 and 6 together for 2 seconds), but it isn't responding

Stuck on the sky logo again. Have done everything until this point. Been like it a good 10 mins now

Find out more@Johnhorn1976 you need to follow the instructions exactly hold the power button on the bottom of the puck in while you reconnect the power & keep the button pressed until the indicator light starts rapidly flashing red with amber or green which will take quite a long time in my case around 30 seconds. Ensure you have disconnected the remote before starting as that seems critical but I dont know why.

When we do the reset as outlined by Sky, the screen comes on then after a quick remote setup asks us to set up broadband. When we put in our WiFi password it says it cannot connect to the broadband router.
We have EE WiFi. We don't have an Ethernet cable and couldn't use one anyway because the router is connected to the telephone line at the other end of the room

I carreid out a hard reset after having the same problem (Sky Stream Puck) and now the activation page on the Sky Website give the message 'Oops there has been a problem'

over 24hrs later and finally my TV turned on after multiple attempts at the reset! Now to complete the entire set up process.... just how I wanted to spend my Friday night after being at work all week!

I have exact same issue as you.
I have no idea how to resolve this if we cannot use the remote?
we have sky glass rather than a puck though?

@BobBelcher When you press buttons 1 & 3 together for a few seconds you have to point the remote at the front of the Puck as at this stage it is only working as a regular 'line of sight' remote and not Bluetooth until you connect it.
Note: it was buttons 1 and 3 for me not 4 & 6. Anyway just press the corresponding buttons in the message on screen.

Eureka TN2 has sky stream working again.
Thank you but I would sincerely hope that sky have learnt a lesson from this debacle that customer PR means a lot. Maybe if this happens again providing a notice on the website front page to say sky are aware of a serious issue and are working on rectification. In the meantime go to the help pages.
It's like when planes or trains stop - such things happen,,we know that, but it's the lack of information that drives people mad

My TV is the same and need help it's been like this all day and sky are no help just keep telling me they are fixing it
