I didn't have to do anything with router - just automatically connected. Each stage was easy - and I'm 74!! lol.

In that case - no idea what's wrong. Did you follow the new update on answer one. I only did that - each stage - and now I'm watching the news. Good luck.

What if it's a puck not the main TV... tried everything and still flashing white light and it then goes off.

😢😢😢 I only pressed for about 20 seconds then it started flashing - removed my finger then. Sky came on and start up continued. 🥴

Does anyone have a workaround for being stuck on Link Your Account screen, on Sky Glass? Code input successfully on a web browser but this doesn't appear to link back to the TV. Tried multiple hard resets, factory resets with no joy

When you press buttons 1 & 3 together for a few seconds you have to point the remote at the front of the Puck as at this stage it is only working as a regular 'line of sight' remote and not Bluetooth until you connect it.

Follow the procedure that mentions Sky Stream exactly as described in post 2 of this thread, flagged as the Answer post from Sky.
