Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24

We have tried this reboot but not sure it's working. The remote will not sync to the glass. We have tried all the tips and nothing is working. Can you please help?

Oh dear, Dodgy update me thinks, and the people responsible for half **bleep** QA have cleared their lockers and have been escorted off the premises. Embarrasing. Followed the steps to reset my puck, switch off at the main, power on whilst holding power button under the device, led flashes different colours and let go. PIN was not recognised after changing, power cycled and tried new PIN.. worked. I was in two minds about rejoining Sky, even with a good deal it's a lame service. Glad my internet is Plusnet, without that Sky would be billed my loss of earnings!

When at the pin stage and it fails.

Power off your puck, leave off for a few minutes and repower.

It will continue, follow the instructions.

This has worked for many today having a pin issue.

My TV is not working. I have followed all the instructions but still no joy. I cannot get through to speak to anyone!

I have the same problem. Is there a fix being implemented?

@Matt02021  On the Puck, plug  in the power lead or switch on at the wall, on the puck press the power button on the puck for at least 10 seconds the puck light goes from white to orange & red, release at ths point.

You also need to make sure the puck remote is unpaired before you start by pressing 4 7 6 together on the remote.

i have had no sky stream for 2 days followed instructions but it doesn't work
