After a full reset and re initialisation of all devices I have been fault free for two hours . Ok did take two of us to reset the sky glass TV

Dont know what box is called its about 4 inches square by 3 quarters inch thick with sky written on top it connects to tv for tv channels

Sadly still only two out of 3 picks and glass Tv not working after trying to follow your instructions so I'm down 1 Puck and my sky Glass 55 " are you still trying to fix this issue? Ring is a waste of time.

Same here. It's been dodgy since yesterday evening. Think there's an issue. Hopefully gets fixed soon.

Seen your later post asking about what you have. You have a Sky Stream puck.
Follow the procedure exactly as describe in post 2 of this thread, flagged as the Answer post from Sky.
If you have a Sky Glass Tv, follow that section.
If you have the small square black Sky puck, follow the one for Sky Stream.

I've tried every thing to get my Glass Pucks working to no avail and been on the phone to Sky for over 30 minutes with no reply so have given up. Any advice would be welcome

Now it says, I can skip that part and set it up later. but "no" it just takes me round to sky.com/ activate and some obnoxious terms and conditions blurb, Still got the same activation code. I have a 1gb connection courtesy of another provider, Thank God. Service checker says I have a problem with my TV?!!! Really!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@VeryMiffed The activation page will not work unless you are signed into your MySky account. If you are not you will get an error message. If you are signed in then I would suggest signing out and back in again.
