Can't get past network setup. No TV since last night. Should of stayed Q box so much more reliable. On hold again to Sky third time with waiting for 1.5 hours. Sky suck!!!!!

But why would it be a hardware problem when it was working perfectly fine until sky did something like always?????

Sky glass 55inch down since 4.30pm yesterday. Resets not working. Cannot connect Xbox anything. It's a joke if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't buy Glass again. Soon happy to put my bills up. But cannot sort this out

My sky stream is working fine however my internet is really slow on my devices I have restarted it but it is still the same. Is everyone experiencing the same thing

Yes, and I have done this hard reset several times (as have many others) and it's obvious from the posts on this thread that it isn't some universal fix.

When doing the service check on the app it is saying that it is working fine however I'm so confused. I have a couple in uni meeting and work to do but can't see anything as the internet is caying no connection but in the box and my WiFi it says it's working. Is there anything I can do to fix this

Have successfully logged back in by persevering with the holding down the standby button on the TV whilst plugging it back in, not easy with only 2 hands and some distance between the TV and the plug. The setup isn't easy, you need internet access on another device and your master account to verify, ( took me 3 attempts).
The whole thing is pretty shambolic, and here's the big rant, checked my Apps.... Netflix login okay..... AND NOTHING ELSE. having now to find passwords for 6 or 7 other app logins.

customers need to register their complaints with Ofcom the more sky customer that do this the more they will be held accounable in the end and for compensation i registered my complaint this morning andxwas given a reference number for the logged complaint for bad sky customer service and no communication /updates .
