Hello, my sky glass was working this morning, ive gone to work come home and its not working, the red light isnt even on, ive unplugged it, ive tried holding the power button on the telly (thats also not lighting up) the most the tv does is come up saying sky for about 5 seconds then disappears. Ive had nothing but trouble with this sky glass im losing my patience with it now. And getting through to sky is a joke, Can anyone suggest anything before i smash it to pieces? Thanks

Did you manage to sign in to your Mysky account ok, before doing the activate link?
If so,
Only other thing I can suggest is try another browser on another device or refresh your browser cache.

I think this update may have completely bricked certain glass tvs, I've tried hard reset on mine at least 50 times and it's not working the answer in the post is only a troubleshoot and not a complete fix, don't think sky know what their doing at the minute

have been having the same problems as most with my sky, i have reset my puck and have gone through the process to reset it and i get given a code to link to my account been on website nowhere to put code, manage to find puck but still cant acctivate get a message to call, on hold for an hour to be tod nothing they can do and just to keep trying and not to call puck shows on my account but still cant get past activate on tv, this is my only way to watch any tv so frustrating

I got as far as the PIN.
Input details incorrect, reset and input new PIN incorrect. No way to get past this point..... 😞

Hi, I've done all steps, get to now link your account with pin provided on screen, when I get to activation page it says oops error call us, I called and no further options, other than turn TV off and start again, now what do I do?
is there another way to get in to link my account, my TV wants to do it?

Hello. I have followed all the steps to get my sky glass working again and nothing is happening. The red light is just going on and off. This has been since last night now

Why the hell are Sky not keeping anyone updated?
Not even mentioned the fix only works for some people
