I was factory resetting yesterday evening with no joy but have done it this morning and all is back up and running with my Sky Glass. Just to let people know for some it is working x

Only just joined Sky a few weeks ago and our Sky Stream Puck was constantly rebooting still as explained since yesterday evening.

 

Reset the device a few times but as soon as it connects to my sky broadband hub it restarts again. Gave up and left it unplugged all evening. Plugged back in and still not fixed this morning.

 

Sky Software test engineers must not of ran their regression tests correctly or at all as this seems a pretty widespread issue and a live service breaking bug. Oopsie, best get your automation tests to cover this next time! 😂

 

Hopefully they will fix it and everyone will be back up and running soon. Just pleased it didn't happen before the Singapore GP. ☠️

This is the second day my Sky Glass hasn't been working, due to the so called outage please provide a reference number to my fault.

Sky glass tv on stand by 65

Having problems where my tv won't turn on it's stuck in stand by can't get it to turn on I'm aware there was a issue yesterday but it's nearly 24 hrs without tv anyone know when this should be fixed tried a few different ways to try resolve it unfortunately nothing working

Mines not turning on either. How can they have an outage. I want to know how they can control the ability for the tv to power on?! I can understand app and service but not power. I wish I had never got glass. It's terrible. I have mine mounted to the wall and to try and change power leads etc and hdmis it's horrendous. My first thought was an issue with my sockets etc but nope. Everything else works fine.

I live in Colchester Essex and I'm having the same problems.

i bought the Glass TV as it had a connection to a standard TV arial; not a lot if good when the b thing won't turn on 🙄

Not working

My boxes ain't working this morning flashing on the stream box then goes off not had no TV all morning anyone else's

Still not working. I completed the recovery process but I'm stuck on the pin entry part as not recognising my pin despite changing my pin

same here. I was in the phone for 25minutes to Sky and I put the phone down in the end. Sky are struggling to cope I think.

My sky glass is not working and if there is a problem why haven't they confirmed this to us and suspend payment till they fix it
