Hi.  So after havig no sky Glass since 4pm yesterday and doing the reset a few times with no change- I tried again this morning and it worked.  Still nothing from Sky though which is apalling.  So if you get a chance peeps do the reset again.  It will ask you for your pin and and it will require you to put in an activation code online so have a mobile/tablet/ pc ready as well.  Good luck all!

Same here since yesterday evening. Sky have posted a note saying outage problems in the area but no advice on when the service might return. I'm experiencing on two pucks on different networks. Sky not being very informative here. Iwonder if theyve been hacked.

How do you reset if the tv won't turn on, I've no life what so ever

My sky glass tv won't turn on and the red light doesn't come on either. This has been since yesterday and have done all the trouble shooting suggested.

Whats going on it's the 20th sept and my puck still does switch on. I assume we are getting a refund on our subscription!

Day 2 and the sky glass tv still won't turn on it and as usall no update from sky there customers are just left hanging paying a fortune for a tv service that is so poor and breaks down all the time and get no help from them at all just wait on hold for hours

Same as me Elaine, there's no lights blank screen even tried the reset process and lights still don't come on. Terrible the lack of information from sky. Reset seems to work for some but not others

Why are sky not contacting people to let them know what is going on with sky glass, you can't call as the phone lines too busy, noone tells you anything other than our TV won't switch on. It would be nice if we could get some help with the issues as its frustrating

I mean the money they get from us & they haven't even sent out an email to say what's happening. Poor very poor!
