God ., so I've got tv glass back up ., but pick A won t go passed update step ., and pick B won't go passed entering pin ! 
**bleep** , it's all **bleep** , like they've fudged the system to get it up but it's not right still

No red light on tv but light coming on and off on right hand side button I called sky and maybe an issue with customers nationwide? Anyone else?...

Come home after working long day turned sky glass TV on no red led light as normal 

tried resetting but I'm 61 not tech savvy help please all

I will be cancelling my sky tomorrow! Been off for 7 hours now! Joke. Sky your a bunch of jokers

Very poorly handled by Sky. As usual. 
They really need to take ownership when issues like this arise. Be honest with customers, rather than ignoring them. 
Tell customers that a server has inexplicably failed. (Or whatever the actual reason is.)
A bit of simple honesty would generate a lot more respect and a lot less vitriol.

After a short power cut turned everything off my Sky Glass Tv refuses to turn back on. The red light on the front is very slowly flashing red but won't move from that. 
I have tried all of Sky's online help section procedures as well as the Sky Community help offered, including the reset/restart guides, but all still to no avail. Also, having checked my remote, which is all fine, I have also tried pressing the button on the TV itself... still no luck. I then read another Sky Community post that suggested unplugging the TV for a few minutes before plugging it back in but still to no avail... And all the while the red light on the front is still just very slowly dimming on and off... 

Tried calling Sky but its too late, all is closed.
Please can anyone advise/help me further?

My TV now working as rebooted. I had problem from around 4 pm.

  Earlier in day I tried the switch off and then hold power button on right side of TV until red light starts flashing.  It then downloads software.  This time 11 pm it rebooted and now back to normal after activating TV again.  Hope it works for you

Been with sky over 10 years  apparently I'm one of the platinum club lol had no issues until I went over to glass now 2 years on still problems but quick enough to take the bill money looks like I could be going to virgin atleast  it'll be cheaper per month and better packages

It's a bug at SKY, they are working on it but TV's and pucks wont turn on for alot of people at the minute. hopefully they fix it soon, ours been off since 4pm
