SkyGlass never works

So I'm contracted into this big black ornament in my living room known as SkyGlass until 2027. Most weeks I have periods where it just won't turn on. But today it hasn't turned on all day. Sky Technical say there's an issue they are trying to resolve. Meanwhile the subscription team are denying there are any issues and it's my internet connection that is the problem.  Well that's funny because the technical issues are plastered all over the Sky app and helpline voicemail, and I currently have my old Samsung tv in front of my SkyGlass ornament connected to the internet! Apparently I can't cancel and give back my ornament to Sky because I signed a contract where the Ts&Cs state that Sky are allowed to take up to 31 days to resolve a technical issue.  Literally held hostage by Sky.

Come in from work and bang. Nothing. Hope it's just gonna work cos I will have no idea what to do. I have a puk box. Flashing. I'm 62 and it best just go back on because any resets I won't manage. Sky no help

Sky glass not coming on

No red light on tv but light coming on and off on right hand side button I called sky and maybe an issue with customers nationwide? Anyone else? I have only had my tv for a week

Yeah mine has been off for hours. So is my multi room. Tried turning off and on earlier but no luck and apparently there is issues in my area. Not happy.

Not good enough. Thank God for my Samsung tv and Firestick which is connected to the internet (which btw your subscription team claimed was my issue).

Disgrace

Disgrace ! Tv off for 7 hours, next to no updates from sky, happy to take money though. Platinum custome 9 years, a will be on phone to virgin first thing

Be aware there are major issues ongoing at Sky presently.

Usually we would say turn the TV off at the mains for a few minutes.

Having the same issue as a lot of people, sky stream puck won't boot up. Only on my second day with sky and really thankful that I haven't cancelled my Now TV subscription as it's still working fine. Kind of embarrassing for sky when you think about it, a 3rd party is doing a better job at streaming their content than they are.

Sky stream not working after brief powercut

Very brief power cut, broadband back up. Sky stream box flashes white light for a bit then stops, doesn't do anything else. I've tried turning it and TV off at socket and waiting a few minutes but still have same problem. Doesn't respond to the remote other than to flash the white light for a bit then stop
