3 times now  ok 

But last 2 times with thus product 4 days with nothing . I think we should ask for a full refund

Asked for some compensation. 

Left me before with 4 days of no TV or WiFi single parent .

Well my main glass tv worked but now on my puck I can't get passed the update software screen .. gets to 100% twice then goes off and cycles through the logo on off again 🤦🏻‍♂️

Blimey. This is a temporary outage that's happened this evening. Give them at least a chance to rectify it before pulling out the 'breach of contract' card. Yes it's annoying and I too wasted a bit of time on it before thinking to click on the 'check your Services' on the My Sky page to see the outage report. However I'm willing to give them a chance to sort it.

This seems like a fundamental design flaw. So much grief could have been avoided if the system were designed to show a power light when it gets power, and to display a default screen showing unable to reach server, rather then just paying dead. Meanwhile how many customers have replaced batteries in remotes, swapped out power sources, etc, resulting in probably months in people-days of time wasted by your customers. Personally I've spent over 2 hours trying to fix this before discovering everything is "working as intended" playing dead.

 

In addition, some outlook would be good (e.g. "we certainly won't have this fixed tonight, try tomorrow, and we'll have another update then")

I had the same issue. Sign out of your sky account. Or type the activate link into an incognito tab. I done this and it worked for me.

Tv is now back up and running however it's software seems to have been downgraded back to day one when we got the tv. All accounts signed out.  Effectively a remote factory reset.

Our TV seems to have no power? 

The only lights we get are from the power and microphone on side, tried holding the power button in, but nothing happening.  Need the  Sky Q back, as been having so many other issues recently, and now this is the icing on the cake, we have a completely dead TV that is costing a ridiculous amount each month?!

Re: Sky stream won’t turn on - flashing white light then nada.

Brand new puck box isnt working. Initially the remote wouldn't  stay paired. Every time I had to restart the puck to get the voice command to work. Now the puck just isn't working. Sky logo appears the puck led light continues to flash then nothing. It's doing this multiple times now. Not impressed with this stream box, it's distrupting my viewing.

Broadband working kids happy puck working in main bedroom wife happy sky glass tv downstairs won't switch on so how can I go through to settings screen if I can't get past a blank screen no red light no tv I'm am fuming 😤 can't speak to sky as it's too late and online bot thing is about as useful as a chocolate tea pot

Still waiting nearly 6 hours later.Find it unbelievable the small amount of people here supporting and defending SKY. It feels like us as the customers are made to feel in the wrong for being inpatient for a service we pay for. Absolute shambles.

Absolute discrace this, never heard of anything like it, paying all this money for glass TV and been down for 4-5 hours and TV literally won't go, any advice ? Also will we be compensated ?
