My Sky Glass will not turn on. I have followed the reset procedure and still have nothing . I understand Sky know about the issue , is there an update ?

Thanks community, having the same problem, even reset the puck twice and still not working. Thought it was just me, but can see from your comments it's everyone.

No red light at all. Cannot switch on the TV at all, although there is a little white light blinking on the side above the power button. I wouldnt mind so much if I could just play my Playstation on it, but its completely dead.

Hope we get a discount on the bill no to for half a day I've done every step and the red light keeps flashing like the amber light on a traffic light only way I can explain it it will not switch on turned it of at the switch nothing still blinking light

Exactly the same as mine done the reset 3 times now no light at all bar the white light on side that come and goes

I am the same here in Stirling, no red light but a white power light at side comes on so there is power to the TV, sky should put out an communication at least there customers explaining everything from what has happened to the eventual fix or anything we should be doing

How rude of them, when I rang there was an automated recording saying aware of problem and they are working very hard to resolve the problem. Outage in area. How big is this outage?

No one can tell you when it will be back up we are customers here also, neither can we tell you if you will get any compensation, that is something you'll need to discuss with Sky when service returns, however it's likley to only be a few hours and that would only equate to pennies for the downtime.
