Size of my tv
Hi.
My tv was delivered yesterday , but after setting it up we realise it's far too big for our property .
I need the smaller option "43inch " not 55
I also don't need the broadband connection

Re: Size of my tv
You'll have to move fast to contact Sky and cancel both the television purchase and the broadband subscription within the 'cooling off' periods.
You cannot 'swap' the TV: it's a cancellation and re-order (with another credit check if applicable)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Re: Size of my tv
@Del996 I'm afraid you'll need to call Sky to cancel both and order the New size, this will involve another credit check.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Re: Size of my tv
Sky glass tv need to be connected to the Internet to watch the channels ,and a sky subscription to use it. you can connect an aerial to it but if you just want freeview then you are better buying another smart tv instead of a glass tv

Re: Size of my tv
And if you have sky q account with that is cancelled as soon as activate the sky glass tv and after 30days you will have to send the q box, boxes back to sky unless you cancel the tv, you can't have both at the same address
