Black screen on sky glass
Got sky glass 5 days ago, worked ok but keeps dropping out. Today can get home screen but if l try to move from there get black screen and remote does nothing

@Sazzza by dropping out do you mean the picture freezes when watching something?
id suggest opening the Netflix app of the tv go to get help and check your network. This will tell you the download speed the TV is getting. It's probably worth running this a few times at different points to get a rough average. If you are connecting via WiFi it's quite possible your WiFi signal isn't strong and stable enough for the platform. Whilst most devices can deal with little WiFi dropouts and interference the nature of the sky streaming platform and it needing to be always connected to Sky servers means it's currently prone to issues should the WiFi drop out even for the odd second or it drops below the minimum recommended speed.
you nay find rebooting the glass by unplugging it for a few minutes may restore normal service on it as well.
