Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more
My point is that advice to connect a Q box to this particular Glass television set is probably inappropriate, and will not work. Glass is not just a display panel: it's a smart device requiring sucessful activation.

Posted by a Sky employeeHey all,
I am locking this thread down as I am afraid we are not able to give further support with this issue on the Sky Community Forum, than what we already did.
@PeterBritton82 I am really sorry that you have this error message on the Glass TV, and I completely understand your frustration about it. I can only confirm what the Superusers advised, your case is with the Sky back office team and you have to wait for them to find a resolution and contact you. You can use your Sky Q in the meantime. Sadly we are not able to give you any other answer on the Community Forum.
Thank you for your understanding and for getting involved in our Sky Community.
