Remove Sky Movies & Sports

I've been on to remove Sky Movies and Sky Sports from my account as we don't use them. I've unselected them and then logged off. When i log back into my account they are shown as active again. I've done this three times now. Why is this happening? Thanks

If your in contract it won't let you remove them, it says "your currently in contract" where the remove button should be. (Well that's what I see in the app).

@tttyyyppoorr is this via the app or via the website? Have you completed the 'checkout' process too? I.e. when you click remove and it asks you are you sure, it then updates your basket.

You then have to click on your basket and checkout for the packs to be removed. You should get email confirmation and in the app you will see a 'Yours untill xxxx' with the date your packs will end.

It's always usually best to ring Sky to remove things from your package. They may also offer you a cheap deal to keep them for a bit longer.

Its also possible that if you still in the minimum term contract period you may not be able to remove Sky Movies and Sky Sports, without the agreement of Sky.

Its generally always best to call them when trying to make changes to your packages, as at least that provides you the ability to try and haggle with someone as well.

If you are paying a discounted amount you are usually in an eighteen month minimum term🤔
