Remote not turning on and when I get sky glass it freezes and turns off. Tv says no signal

Remote won't work and changed batteries but nothing sometimes when I press keys 1&3 it turns on to a frozen screen then turns off again. Tv says no signal just don't know what to do very annoying!

Forst thing to try is to pull the plug for at least 10 minutes
