Tv stop while watching a programe every hour we have to do this..therfore change the TV or replace with a better one.

Yes that is much better to fix the problem.. at present I am not happy with sky glass..

You added to a thread on the Sky Q board. From your posts it appears you have Sky Glass so I'll move your posts to the Glass board. 

There are no engineers for Sky Glass set ups. If you think the Glass TV is faulty give Sky a call once the phone lines reopen.

As @Daniel0210 indicates, there is no in-premises support for Sky Glass.  Units which are suspected to be faulty within their warranty period are swapped out by courier exchange, but the national network of Sky installers which has historically operated for their satellite platforms simply does not exist for the online products.
