Hey, thank you for answering quickly, I was sure the agent that sold me the package set up a Netflix account for me? If he hasn't, how do I set up without paying for Netflix twice?

Thank you for the link, I managed to get a number and speak to a very helpful girl that works for Netflix. I'm sorted and set up. Thank you Sky Community, this will probably be a service I'll use quiet often now 😎😂
