Problems switching SKY Glass TV on

I've had my Sky Glass TV less than 2 months and already I'm having problems switching it on.  It now takes 10 / 15 minutes to get ot to work, everytime I use it.  Of course, getting through to SKY to get help is nigh-on impossible.  Can anyone advise please?

You havent really given us much information. What specificly.is happening? Is it coming on but not connected to the internet, is it flashing red light, etc etc

If the TV is turning on but it's slow initially to connect to the internet try turning networked standby mode ON in the settings.

 

that will stop the tv disconnecting from the internet when it's out into standby.
