Playlist keeps disappearing

All my playlist disappeared a couple of days ago & after resetting the sky glass tv and adding them back on they have disappeared again.
I have also tried unplugging the tv & puks but nothing came back. Any ideas?

The only other time I've seen threads about this it's happened due to having to many shows in your playlist. 

can you still see the shows in the "manage all section" of the playlist ?

No there's nothing in the manage all section either. I'll try restarting it again

Pull the plug for a few minutes and also reboot your router

Vodafone having issues at the moment big deal as the announced it on the news.

Yeah I saw that about vodaphone, we have sky broadband so I'll try restarting everything. Thanks
