Playlist issue

Lately I seem to have a problem deleting anything from my playlist. I do the usual select the show and untick or choose remove but the shows are still there. Always worked fine until recently ? 

I have done a reboot but it didn't help either ?

@Decaff88  If you go to the very bottom of your playlist there should be an option to "Manage All".  Select this and use the options there to delete the offending programme.  I have found this works for me when a specific programme won't delete in the normal way.
