Keeps saying technical fault and waiting to load but doesn't

We're having this issue also. Cannot watch anything on tv or the apps. Persistent problem for us which is getting beyond frustrating.

if it doesn't it may well be the strength and stability of the internet connection going to the Sky Glass.
You can try rebooting your router along with rebooting the Glass TV as well to see if that helps.

Have you tried rebooting your Glass TV? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two then power it back on and allow it to restart.
