The Most Recent & Movies section of Playlist is missing but even if I create new Playlist the Movie section disappears on New Playlist

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

For 3 days now I have seen that movies are missing (sky cinema) on my playlist and I can't record any. Have tried unplugging sky Glass, and rebooting but nothing works. I have checked my account and Sky Cinema is still active. Is there anything else I can try please?

I am having the same problem .. My playlist is no longer showing any movies .. However i have found them under the movies section along from the playlist selection .. If you scroll down a few lines they are found there .. Hopefully this isnt a permanent feature

Sky glass playlist not showing movies stored, or allowing new movies to be saved, just set “set to record" but nothing saves. I have subscription to movies.
ive reset sky glass, didnt change it

Are you adding films to the playlist from the TV guide or from the Movies tab at the top of the Home Screen?
the former won't add anything until that particular transmission, the latter is all the on-demand films and can be added and/or viewed anytime.

Not ideal I know however this work around should let you find your playlisted movies for now.
Marking this workaround as Answer untuil we get any updates from Sky themselves.

I am experiencing issues with Personalised playlist & Main playlist, I've had issues since 2nd July around afternoon

I'm only having issues with my personalised playlist. The main playlist still shows movies. The problem started sometime since Thursday.

My issue is only with the main playlist (Which is all i use) .. However i have added a new profile as a test and this is working fine
