Remote issue

All working last night with Sky stream. Now Sky comes on  to the home page. Remote will not change the page. New batteries. Remote will power off and on. Turned everything off and on. Tried 79 and 13. 13 displays connecting remote but then it doesn't work to get past the 'your remote is now connected'.
