Pixilated screen

All my channels are pixilated and I have checked my WiFi and connections. Did a sky app check aswell

Hi @Elainecamp 

 

Unplug at the mains for a few minutes. What speed is your broadband? You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed your glass is getting by opening netflix and going to get help? And running a connection check.
